What do you wear?
Formal attire (Tuxedo) is always worn at weddings, Mitzvahs, and corporate events.

How early do you arrive?
We arrive at least 90 minutes before your event starts.

Do you have backup equipment?
We have backup equipment at every event.

How long does it take you to set up?
We can set up at your event in about 10 – 15 minutes.

Do you meet with clients?
Everything is done over the phone. Most events are planned in 20 minutes.

Can we see you at an event?
At the request of our clients and the facilities we are referred by, we never bring anyone to a private event.

When do we plan our event?
We will call you to plan your event about a month before the day of your event.

How many years have you been in business?
2012 is our 23rd year.

How many events do you do a year?
For the last 15 years we have done an average of 245 events per year.

How many events do you do on a Saturday?
We almost always do two events every Saturday.

Do you have an assistant on Saturdays?
We always have an assistant on Saturdays.

What happens if you are sick?
It’s never stopped Tod before, but Todd’s assistants are trained to take over if he can’t be there.

What happens if you don’t have our song?
We can find it and add it to our library. In the rare case that we can’t find it, you can bring a copy to the event with you.

What do you do for ceremonies?
We put a mic on the officiant, reader, & vocalist. We also play all necessary music on CD for the ceremony and prelude.

What do you like the most about weddings, Mitzvahs, etc?
We enjoy creating a fun environment that brings everyone into the party.

What is the strangest thing you have seen at a reception?
A maid of honor throwing cake at the bride and groom and then getting carted off by two huge men while kicking and screaming.

How do you get new business?
Referrals only. We do not advertise.

Why can’t I find you in bridal magazines and the yellow pages?
We stay in business by referrals only. Not having to pay the high cost of advertising allows us to keep our prices below our competitors in the same talent range.

Do you have liability insurance?
Absolutely!! It is a must have.
