Hey Tod,

We've had a couple weeks since our wedding and honeymoon to let everything settle down. Sarah and I want to thank you for giving us such a great wedding and reception. From our first conversation, all the way through our send off, you delivered just as you said you would. We can really appreciate your attention to detail and your outstanding ability to MC an event. Everyone had such a fun time, whether 22 or 72 years old. People are still mentioning to us how much fun they had, and the only complaint is "man, I was tired because your DJ had us up dancing so much." We really wanted someone who would actually emcee our event and not just stand around and play music, only to have half the guest start to leave mid way through. You really delivered and kept everyone alive and entertained. All the group dances and especially the maracas were so much fun. As both of us were riding around in the horse and carriage, we were seriously tired from all the dancing, but equally as happy we chose you as our DJ. Also, the reception flow you used was perfect. Not stacking all the reception events back-to-back-to-back definitely made it more fun and best for what we wanted. Lastly, what would we have done without your iPad. Sarah's vows were lost and because of your iPad she got them and you really saved the day for our reverend and for Sarah. Tod is an incredible DJ. My first experience with Tod was at our company christmas party. He did such a fabulous job that I had him booked for my wedding within three days. (Really I felt lucky to have had the wedding, otherwise I wanted an excuse to have a party and hire him.) Now the wonderful thing about Tod, is that he didn't just come to my wedding and play music. Interaction: Your ability to get all of my guests active on the dance floor was amazing. I'm pretty sure some of them had never before ventured out there but you were able to persuade them easily.
Flow of event: I wouldn't have changed a thing. It was great...
Closer: The closing set was a lot of fun and you kept the energy up right until the very end.
Song choices: Perfect mix for the varied crowd tastes. I like how you tailored the songs to more of a current set when the younger folks were on the dance floor.

Sorry this has taken this long to thank you for all that you did for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception!!

Of all the stress of the wedding.. I am so glad that you.. and the music was stress free!!
From the first time I talked to you on the phone to the last minute preparations.. I felt like you had it all under control. And that is a good thing to have.

You were right.. 90% of the people at the wedding remember the entertainment.. and it was wonderful.. I saw my mom dancing out there.. and grandma.. and many other people I would not have ever thought would dance to the Cha Cha Slide!!! I loved it.. we loved it!!

Thanks for taking the time to listen to what we wanted not what we would be hearing. We could not have asked for a better dj than DJ TOD. We loved the song choices. You were very accomodating as to working in specific songs we wanted and you also tailored the music to our particular guests. Everyone raved about the songs and the activities. The introductions of the wedding party, Mike and I were great. It was full of excitement and a wonderful way to be introduced to our guests. Hi Tod,

Saturday was such a great day for us in so many ways and on many, many levels. Wow! Where to begin ...

One of the marvels of the day was YOU. We can't thank you enough for the way you handled the reception. You worked it! The way you got everybody involved was great: I especially loved the paparazzi thing you did, that was hilarious. The look on Chad's face when you called for security was priceless! And the song you chose to play for the garter toss was perfect.

If I listed everything you did that we loved, this e-mail would be way too long! So let me just say this: you went way above and beyond our expectations ... you are a true professional, and it was a pleasure to work with you! And I'm sure there are tons of things you did to make it a great reception which we're not even aware of - we may never know them all - but from what we observed on Saturday, we were simply overwhelmed!

One of the extras that you did (which I just found out about today) was when Kelly & Chad went to cut the cake. Remember when we realized that they didn't have anything to cut it with? When Greg headed over towards the kitchen to get a knife, you were already on your way back from telling the head chef that we needed one! How you were able to go from your table over to the kitchen and back again as fast as you did is amazing! And then, you calmly announced something like "OK, folks, the photographer has taken his pictures, so let's cut some cake" (I know you didn't use those exact words, but that's the gist of what you said). Never did you let on to our guests that something was out of place - like I said, you are a true professional.

And remember when you found us beforehand as we were walking over to the reception from the Chapel? You let us know that our guests were still waiting for Scott to say the blessing & that nobody had eaten yet. But you promised me that I shouldn't worry - that everything would be OK (because of course, I immediately started fretting about it). And you were absolutely right: everything DID work out. It probably turned out better than how it was originally planned!

Oh, and another thing that you did which I just have to mention was at the end of the reception: you personally went over & got the bubbles & then very neatly set them out on the table. I really appreciated that!

The bottom line here is that we're very grateful to Don & Paula for recommending you to Chad. While Kelly & Chad's reception would certainly have been a very nice reception, it was your involvement and your presence there that made it fun and memorable. In fact, because you were so personable and friendly, some of our guests even thought that you were a friend of Kelly's & Chad's! And that's a true mark of perfection. So thank you once again for EVERYTHING! We will definitely recommend you to everybody!

Hi Tod!

We just got back in town and I wanted to email you before we left but things were still hectic even after the wedding! We cannot thank you enough for the amazing job you did at our wedding. We've never seen our older relatives dance like they did at our wedding! So many family member and friends have told us how much fun they had, how awesome the music was and how much their feet hurt from all the dancing!!! The air guitars were a total hit and my photographers said that they have pictures of my grandparents dancing with them!!! You know the crowd is having a blast when you have 80-90 year old guests dancing to the apple bottom jeans song! It makes us so happy when people tell us that our wedding was the most fun wedding they have ever been too- thanks to you!

Everyone told me that not everything goes perfect on the wedding day. Thank you for being the perfect vendor and making our wedding such a memorable and fun event for us and all our guests!!!

By the way, after unpacking items from the wedding festivities...I noticed an envelope that was suppose to be given to you after the reception. Tod was our DJ at our reception in April and he was by far the best DJ we
have ever heard. He not only played music, but he interacted with the crowd
and created a great atmosphere. We have been to several weddings since
ours, and not one person has even come close to what Tod was able to
accomplish. After we got back from our honeymoon, we had many of our
guests' say that our reception was the best that they have been to and they
all gave the credit to Tod. Since our wedding, I have given his name out to
many of my friends who are engaged and telling them they would not be
disappointed. If we ever have another party where a DJ is needed, Tod will
be the first person that we will call to see if he is available. It is so
nice knowing that he goes to all of the events that he books and he does not
hire other people to do his job. I know that if I book with him, I will get
good service and everyone will have a great time. Thank you Tod for making

We truly appreciate your help with sound at the wedding ceremony also. Without the microphone on the minister, no one would have been able to hear his beautiful sermon. Thanks also for putting a microphone on the soloist at the last minute (I hadn't thought to ask you about that!). We appreciate your professionalism and ability to do what needs to be done.
We've always felt that a DJ can "make or break" a wedding reception. Thank you for making the happiest day of our lives even more special!! We would recommend you to anyone.

I can't tell you how many people have came up to Keith and I and have commented on how fun our reception was! Everyone from family to friends have told us that they all at one point in their lives have been to receptions where the mood of the event was just like an uptight feeling. Our reception on the other hand, was an intimate gathering and our "wonderful DJ" helped pulled that together! With the the dollar dance (which by the way helped with extra spending money for the honeymoon) we were kind of questionable to the idea but when Todd announced that all the men line up in front of the bride and vice versa with the groom (except with women) they all did! Then when Todd announced what the point of this would be. Everyone grabbed their wallets and ran to their purses to get money! What a great idea! There are other wonderful things that I could write and tell you about how happy we were with our selection of our wedding DJ! But that would be like writing a small term paper! However I would like to end on this note, we knew the very day that we met you that we had no question in our minds that you would definitely be our DJ! You did an absolutely great job at our reception and you can see everyone else's fun as well when you look at the pictures! Everyone was smiling ear to ear!

I'm sorry it has taken so long to contact you and tell you what a wonderful job you did. Everyone we've spoken to since the wedding has raved about how awesome you were.
